What We Do
The YWCA of Syracuse & Onondaga County, Inc. provides direct services, empowerment programming, and advocacy to support marginalized individuals and families, especially women and girls of color, while working to challenge structural barriers to equity in the city of Syracuse and Onondaga County.

Women's Leadership & Economic Empowerment
We help women develop independent living skills, allowing them to overcome challenges and better their quality of life.

Youth Development
We support youth ages 5-18 through two main programs: Girls Inc. at YWCA and YWCA Youth Soccer. These youth leadership and development programs support youth at home, school, and in the community.

As one of the oldest and largest women’s organizations in the nation, we have been at the forefront of the most pressing social movements for more than 150 years.
